The ISO 9001 Quality Management System Audit Team Leader course is designed not only to help people conduct capable and value-added quality audits, but also to develop a broader understanding of delegates to design and implement quality management systems, in particular, it will help delegates deal with those issues of ever-increasing importance, such as customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and process management, and it will also help delegates understand how to integrate these critical issues into an organization’s quality management system.

After successful completion of the course and obtaining a 70% pass mark to meet the formal training requirements for those who wish to register as an auditor or principal auditor with IRCA under the QMS 2015 system.
